Processing Your Order

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Our business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and major USA holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer several shipping options for both domestic (USA) and international orders. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Standard Shipping (USA): Takes 5-10 business days. Rates may vary based on location and package weight.
  • International Shipping: Delivery times vary depending on the destination country. Please note that international shipments may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

GenZGirls is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

GenZGirls is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Lost or Stolen Packages

GenZGirls is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, GenZGirls will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.

International Shipping Policy

We currently ship worldwide. However, GenZGirls is not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from our shipping carrier to the local carrier in your country, or air and ground transportation strikes or delays.
